To determine PH levels and nutrient deficiencies if any
Kill weeds, apply fertiliser as required for any nutrient deficiencies, install irrigation if required, loosen soil for drainage and aeration, top dress to improve soil structure if needed.
Apply correct grass seed for location, apply fertiliser with seed, apply mulch with seed
Frequent watering is required for the first 3 to 4 weeks. Keeping the soil moist at all times is important. The key is frequency not volume
Mow after 4-6 weeks in Summer, 6-8 weeks in winter
Apply fertiliser to provide essential nutrients. Monitor for weeds and control them with hand pulling or herbicides. Aerating of the soil and top dressing at regular intervals is recommended.
